Food apartheid has taken a toll on our communities in Baltimore City and it is time we take control of the food resources in our neighborhoods. We invite you to pledge your membership and support a new, cooperatively-owned grocery store.

The Cherry Hill Food Co-op Board of Directors is focused on community engagement and business development and there are ways for you to support the co-op as well.

Volunteers are needed to help organize community meetings, put together celebrations, and gather community feedback. Residents of Cherry Hill and south Baltimore make excellent additions to our board.

Opportunities are also available for people, in Cherry Hill and the broader community, to provide advice. We work with select consultants with specialized skills and experience with cooperatives, the food industry, and other relevant capabilities.
